So which answer do you think is the correct one? Personally I think it's D - All of the above XD And that's why, after giving up on saving the pics on Gaki's blog (due to stupid Oricon making it impossible to do so), I used another method to save some today. But I'm still really behind! *wails*

Here are they, and my immediate thoughts when I saw them.

OMG! Couple shirts!! I knew it wasn't Ai :( But I didn't expect it to be her nail artiste. I'm right aren't I? AA and I had a long (and heated?) argument (discussion?) about this. Is Risa and this person wearing matching bracelets? Which translates to are they a couple? And is she a girl or a guy?

AA thinks that the body beneath the shirt is flat-chested but I think I see a little bit of something? So I'm gonna go with my belief that this is a SHE and they are purely nail stylist and customer relationship. Maybe Risa bought the shirt out of the goodness of her heart. Perhaps this SHE mentioned that she wanted to buy it and mame was going there anyway so why not just pick it up?

I like what she's wearing here. And the boots (Red Wing, Dr Martin, Timberland or none of the above? Probably none of these. A Japanese brand most likely), awesome! I don't usually like the top knot hairdo? But this time it ain't so bad. Kawaii Risa-chan ^^

Supermodel Gaki!! Woah...so pretty! So gorgeous! Those lips, the earrings and sunglasses. And her top seems kinda low cut? :P

This pics reminds me of those self taken ones that people put on their blogs? But then again, this IS a self-cam photo put on a blog XDD I bet if she were in Taiwan, some variety show would have called her to appear on their programme. Or if she was Korean, she would be discovered to become an actress.

I find the way she put the hood of her jacket up cute. Nice outfit. My fave has got to be the jeans :)

Ooh, this one is really cute. I love her hair here. For the most part, I'm not feeling Risa's hair that much unless it's styled really well but this one is a keeper. Is that a muffler that she's wearing? That grey thing? Or is it part of her clothes? Nevertheless it looks pretty nice.

The multitude of hearts shocked me? It's like she usually never uses decorations unless she was trying to cover something. So I didn't get why she included them this time. Just a random act? But her grin is cute so I'm good :D And see that tiny dimple on her left cheek? That's my fave part of Risa...possibly.

GakiKameShige! My top 3. So cute that GakiShige have the same expression :D Kame has this 'that's nothing in my brain' look XD She's wearing a concert t-shirt and an adorable yellow jacket. I want Eri's wardrobe! And I wanna kidnap them all!!!

Now this pic here, makes my heart goes doki doki. Risa's lying down on the bed, looking up at you. And she's wearing one of the Tees I really like - Her birthday shirt. And her lips, gah! Whenever she makes this expression I just melt to mush. Can I imagine Ai is above her now and she's looking coyly at her mrs niigaki? :P

It took 18 pics for me to get to the final 2. And out of all the photos that I've seen these few days, these are the best! Why you ask? Cuz see, ain't the way Risa stands cool? And her expression... kakoii~! I didn't realize the person she was talking to was Jun Jun at first. I don't think that was what was going through her mind but I really feel that her 'look' is suitable for one that channels 'I wanna sock you right in the face you *bleep!*' LOL! Sorry but it does resemble that doesn't it?

In the next pic, Ai pops out of nowhere and blocks off Gaki's face. Random but oh so adorable. In the 3rd pic (which is made up in my mind), Ai goes to stand beside Risa and the bean slings one arm over her shoulder. They stare at JJ and leader goes, "Sorry Jun, I only belong to Risa-chan." :P Great scenario huh? :D

When You Don't Understand Someone

I didn't expect myself to be writing about another Pocket Morning Weekly entry but this one seems pretty interesting. This question asks, "Is there a member who has a side to her that's hard to understand?" I was hoping for some dirt to be dished or at least some unknown fact to be made known. I can't say I was very satisfied with the answers provided. But nevertheless, it made for a relatively good read.

Ai's answer is easy to get. Everyone knows Eri has this flippant and random character that can be like this one second, and something else the next. But it's the next part of what leader said that got me thinking. She says this is what makes Kame interesting and she's the moodmaker. Furthermore, her choice of using the word aura makes me think that she notices this particular kouhai quite a bit :)

The 'Nice' out of nowhere makes me grin cuz it's just like Ai to throw in an English word out of the blue :D And is it a coincidence that I saw this pic of AiEri right before reading this or is it something more? Whatever it is, it definitely made my love for this pairing soar like crazy.

Doesn't the turtle look really in love in this pic? And I can see why too. Ai is absolutely amazing. That hairstyle, her expression and the simple act of holding her hair back. Somebody, help. I need to regulate my heartbeat cuz it's going way too fast ^^;

Didn't Gaki-san pick Jun Jun as the person whom she would like as a girlfriend? What's this then? Wanting her as a gf but not getting what she says? Isn't Eri more difficult to understand? XD It's either Risa likes the elder Chinese girl so much that communication isn't an issue, or she has decided that they don't click in that way after all :P See, you were meant to be with Ai-chan all along. Now be a good hubby and go back to Mrs Niigaki before your kid aka Lin Lin steals mommie away for too long :D

Kame's answer made me laugh. It's rare for her to say something that makes sense but this time I can totally relate to her reasoning. Lin Lin does seem as though she has a screw loose when she gets too much into her crazy antics :D And I thought she was born in 1991? How does that make her 20 this year? Do the Japanese count one extra year in their ages like the Koreans?

Oh Sayu, I don't know to smile or frown at your answer. Are you trying to be funny or is there some slight unhappiness that I detect from this line. If it's the latter, please don't be upset usagi-chan, any negative comments towards your words or actions on TV shows isn't your fault and in time more people will realize that they were wrong to think that way about you. Ganbareyo~!

Eri is probably the first member that I would think of if I was asked this question so I'm not surprised at Reina giving this answer. What I didn't expect though, was her adding in Risa at the end. How is the bean hard to understand? I can't decide if the kitty thought this cuz their personalities obviously clash (with Gaki being the somewhat bossy one and Reina not liking it when people tell her what to do) or that the bean can be doing the weirdest stuff too on days when Kame isn't in the mood to XD

A short answer. But I can't say it's sweet cuz she didn't explain why. It's Risa dammit! So you should've said more. All the mame fans around the world would have been thankful to you if you did. At least I know I would. I guess this means that Jun Jun and the omame won't be getting the couple of the year award anytime soon :P

EHHHHHHH!?!??! USO!!! No one? How can this be? It's as if Lin Lin didn't put much thought into this before replying. I would have expected more from the usual funny person.

So You Think You Are Fashionable?

The Fashionable play that MM is doing this year seems to deviate from their past musicals. It won't have as many song performances I think. And there aren't any gender bending roles. Although I would love for Risa to play a swoon worthy guy again, something else makes me look forward to this production. And that is getting to see Gaki-san in a 'bad' character. Her Miyu is supposed to be at loggerheads with Ai's character of Coco, who is the main role of course.

I'm hoping to see some good bitching or even slapping :P But nah, that probably won't happen. I'm curious as to how they end the play? With everyone happy and getting along? Oh and KameShige getting the roles of Ai's bff and a mega star respectively should be interesting. Eri as the supportive best friend who (maybe) provides good ideas on how to get along with the other co-workers is a drastic change from her usual aho character she portrays.

As for Sayumin, I wanna know if she is gonna act like a diva or some big shot. Will she sashay into the store and demand the best service from the staff. Or will she go in and ask for every available color in the designs that she has taken a fancy to.

I'm not sure what Reina's or the pandas role are but Aika's seems to be a meanie as well? She might be on Miyu's side? Oh and Tanakacchi did mention Sayu in the interview so she might be related to her. So far everything isn't confirmed as this is just what I have gathered from reading bits and pieces all over. And anything can change in the script as long as the actual play has not yet commenced.

AHHHHHH!!! I'm so excited! I wanna see MM is fashionable clothes! Pun fully intended :P

In this event on the 6th of June (press release?), you can catch a glimpse of the stuff they will be wearing in the play, I think.

I like Risa's top half but the garbage bag bottom of her outfit looks a little mehish XD Ai is gorgeous, so is Kame and Sayumin. Aika is rather cute imo, especially when she literally looked as if she was bouncing out at 0:24 min.

I don't know if it's her dress but leader has this 'air' when she was walking out at 0:50 min. It makes her look like her hips are swaying in a, for the lack of a better word, sexy manner and it's really mesmerizing. I couldn't look away ^^;

Why is it that Eri's hair is almost always messier than the rest? XD Reminds me of all the teasing she gets from the other members about her hair flying all over the place.

Sayu at 2:36 min is another one I can't tear my eyes away from. Her hair is cute, her hat is cute, her nails are cute, the way she holds the mic is cute, her actions are cute, her ears are cute (just like Ai's) and her eyebrows are perfect! I always like the way she plucked her brows the best. That arc is too beautiful ^^ Watch out for Eri patting/smacking (?) her shoulder at 2:52 min and her grabbing the turtle's wrist at 3:13 min. I wonder if the Erien was stunned by the sudden contact XD

Reina is prettiest when she has this hairstyle. And she seems to really like her necklace? I've seen her with it on many occasions. She might need to trim her bangs soon though. They seem to be irritating her eyes.

Before you think why aren't I praising Risa at all, I'm about to get to it XD The bean always suits wearing hats imo. Be it a beanie, fedora or others. And although she seems to have gotten slightly chubbier recently, she still looks good here so it's fine :P

When walking out, I found her and Eri really adorable. Both their smiles are awesome. If I'm in a depressed or bad mood, seeing a beam like that would help, even if it's just a little ^^; I guess MM just has a big influence on me.

One thing that I noticed, the arrangement of the girls coming out was in accordance to their ages and seniority except for Sayu? She was after Kame. I wonder if it was a mistake on someone's part.

I'm soooooooo sorry!! Please forgive me Gaki-san! *falls onto hands and knees* Why is it that I started this blog because of my love for you and I call it 'Mame & Friends' yet I find that I gush more about a certain turtle and bunny than I do you? *hides face behind hands*

This time as I was watching the clip of KameMame promoting the Alo Hello 4 PB in their Seishun Collection outfits, I can't help but find that Eri is cuter. She has adorable expressions and I find myself unable to take my eyes away from every single one of her actions. Even the way she tilts her head I find alluring.

I think one of the main reason why my eyeballs are this attracted to her is because of her hair? Doesn't Kame have great hair? (both style wise and color too). I love it when she curls it this way. If I were a shampoo manufacturer I would totally request for her to become the spokesperson for my hair product :)

But I did noticed some Risa related things too. For example, she talked about her pinky ring (which sadly seems to be lost :( NOOOOOOOOOOOO~~~). Why am I so uptight about her losing a piece of jewelry? It's cuz she bought it in Hawaii and all TakaGaki fans unanimously wish that it's one half of a pair of couple rings. With the other half belonging to leader. (Although I don't think they are couple rings since the designs aren't the same. Still I can wish right? ^^;)

Other omame things I observed are, her cleavage :P Gomen! But it was pretty obvious whenever she leaned forward.

This reminds me of how she and Eri both leaned front quite a number of times during the Nico clip. I must declare my innocence here. I DO NOT stare at their cleavages more than normal. It's just that that little detail was more apparent on these two occasions ^^;

While watching the clip, I was surprised that they didn't get up to any crazy antics as that's what usually happens when these 2 are paired together. Thus I did wonder if they were tired and hence weren't in the mood to fool around.

Just as I had given up on expecting some form of hilarity, it did occur. From 6:11 min, Gaki-san's 'HA?!' and her act of smacking Eri across the shoulder were pretty funny, lol.

I think I heard them say Twenty-One year old group? Does this mean the two 1988 girls will have shots together? Yippee~~ I was already delighted with TakaGaki pictures. With KameMame ones as well I'll definitely be a happy fan (^_^)

This isn't the only time I've seen Risa pull on her lips like this. I think it's one of her habits. Just like rubbing her nose with her finger. Yep, I do pay attention to my bean :D

Oh look! Out of all the pictures that were available, Risa chose Ai's to hold up. THAT HAS GOT TO MEAN SOMETHING!! No matter what, the person whom she has spent the longest time with always has a special space in her heart. And she would unwittingly mention her. She did say something about Ai and Reina but I don't know what they were as my Japanese language comprehension ability is nearly nil :(

Kame looks rather serious going through the pile of pictures again and again. What could she be looking for?

And at 2:46 min, Eri started with her 'finger gun' action which led to Risa doing it back at her. It's cute :)

Time to round up the talk. And as usual, Gaki is the one to do it. I don't think Eri minds judging from the imaginary mic she held up. Doesn't she look half asleep? XD She is probably looking down though, she does that a lot.

Watch out for them fiddling with their fingernails at 6:22 min. Isn't it amazing that they both did it at the same time?

MM's Childish Side

So I was reading the latest Pocket Morning Weekly which had the topic of 'Is there any situation or thing which makes you feel you are still a child?' and it got me thinking. As always since I tend to think about a lot of stuff whenever something is related to MM ^^; I've gotten this off of H!O so all credits goes to the site and the kind people who translated the entries.

I don't see any reason for Ai to be embarrassed by phoning her mom. It's only natural since mom would know best ne~ (provided the mom is question isn't an unreasonable and naggy character) I just wonder about the reason how she has gotten so close to her mother now when she used to be on quite bad terms with her?

Reading Risa's makes me think that she feels that she isn't open-minded enough or could even be the kind of person who isn't comfortable with getting to know things or people she doesn't see eye to eye with. *Sigh* Deep down I kinda knew our personalities wouldn't click and this makes me sad that my fave idol isn't what I hoped she would be. Still, I won't stop liking her, because watching vids of omame makes me happy. Furthermore, it's clear she wants to change this aspect of herself so I should support dear Gaki-san even more ^^

I was all wtf when I saw Eri's. I mean, she gets pissed with her mom for coming home late?! XD It's not like she is her husband and would be annoyed with a wife who isn't home when he returns from work. Besides, her mom is an adult (although a rather worrying one since she shares the same traits as our turtle) so why would it be an issue if she stays out sometimes? I wonder if mama Eri gets cheesed when the Erien comes back late?

It's too bad that Sayu didn't elaborate more on why she feels this way 90% of the time. I could relate though cuz I feel like this 98% of the time :P If only I was more independent, responsible, mature and could take care of myself more.

Reina shows her mood on her face, this I know. But I wasn't expecting her to include the little story about being irritated when she doesn't get a magic trick. I laughed when I read that cuz I could imagine how a miffed kitty behaved, pout and all :D And friends who show off with magic tricks eh, sounds more guy than girl to me. Yabaii~~ I just hope she doesn't get Friday-ed for no good reason.

Gosh, dear little Aika, my heart felt like it was being squished when I read her sweet, sweet answer. Now I feel bad for not looking her way during the concerts I've attended. I must make a mental note to stare at her and no one else when she's on the stage without the 56kkies :P

I like mayo and milk. Guess Jun Jun and I won't be able to share a fridge XD Hmmm, apparently she hasn't changed her ways of showing her mood on her face. That's pretty similar to Reina. No wonder Koharu suggested she look for 07 to quarrel with after her graduation :D

LOL! What's this supposed to mean? Is her room really messy? Or what? If it's a messed up room it's not that bad. After all, I'm sure there are plenty of adults with untidy living spaces.
